TriAgile is coming back to Raleigh on Thursday April 16th, and it’s turning out to be quite the event:

One day. 27 speakers. 5 tracks. Breakfast. Lunch. Coffees and cakes. At the McKimmon Center (where there is WiFi that works), unlimited and awesome swag – all for a mere $129.

Of those 27 speakers, here are some highlights I won’t miss:

  • Andy Hunt introducing the GROWS method as an anti-fragile pragmatic and evolutionary approach to Agility.
  • Jared Richardson talking about a Manager and Executive’s Guide to Managing Teams
  • Arjay Hinek showing us how to do the Backlog Refinement Meeting – and how to use this as a diagnostic tool
  • David Hussman urging us to fail faster and learn as the opening presentation

And here’s where I run into trouble – I need more folks to attend so that we can attend all tracks to share and compare what we’ve discovered!

We’ll also be facilitating a hands-on workshop at 1pm using a tool called Impact Mapping. (Impact Mapping is a fantastic tool used to help entrepreneurs with great ideas turn these great ideas into features.)

Please come, hope to see you at TriAgile!
