What I DoI make you look good.
What my clients say

Randa made my simple concept into a work of art! Her sense of style and attention to detail made her the perfect person for my blog development. ~Brandon Clay

Show and Tell

I’ve been extremely busy for the last several months, working on many blog headers and custom themes. I haven’t had time to update my portfolio, but I thought I’d show off several of the sites I’ve worked on, and encourage you to pay them a visit – they’re all very interesting sites.

    Cool sites!

I like that you have used color and layout to the taste of the type of visitors the sites will attract.

    All are cool.
But I prefer the red one, very attracted.

They are all very good, but my favorites are the Garden Granny followed by Celebrity Chefs!

I have been wondering what the impact of re-designing my blog would be in terms of viewership. Does it have a major impact? Of course, assuming that the content is better than average :-)

I notice also that most professionally designed blogs are three columns and build on Wordpress. I myself have stayed on Blogger for the simplicity. Do you design templates for Blogger too?

  8. Randa

Thanks – no I haven’t done any templates for Blogger. Maybe when things slow down a little… if that ever happens. :) The impact of a redesign depends on the quality of the design. A sharp, interesting design gives a great first impression to visitors.

The Japan Blog is my favourite one as well on your list of sites. Great job, Randa! Looks like all your clients have been requesting the three-column layout :-)

  22. Suzanne

These look great. I’m ramping up for a redo off my blog.

  23. Atahualpa

I like the Garden Granny. Did you design that header from the ground up, with Adobe Illustrator’s tracing and the pen tool I guess? I’m really into that cartoon & drawing style myself but need a lot more practise with Illustrator.

  24. Randa

Thanks! I bought the granny illustration, but did the rest myself with some basic Illustrator stuff and some other bits and pieces.

  25. Web Design Glasgow

Lovely, really. I particularly like the header design with the utensils and logo for celebrity chefs – very sharp, if you excuse the pun :0) Your photos for the north caroline travel guide are also very nicely presented.

    Cheers
