For quite a long time, I’ve had an difficulty keeping track of all the cool, interesting, and useful WordPress solutions I read in posts and forums. I bookmark things, put them on Delicious, etc. but just end up forgetting where I put them and then spend time Googling around for that thing I read about 6 months ago. Finally, I got the bright idea of using a WordPress database to keep track of them all, and pretty soon I ended up with another website, in the hopes that others might find it useful as well:
I know there are lots of WordPress tips and hacks kinds of sites out there. This site is designed to aggregate and categorize the solutions I find, and contains some original content as well. If you know of a post that should be included, you can submit it via the form at the top of the sidebar; particularly if you’ve posted a “how to” on your site- you can never have too many incoming links right? This site is somewhat inspired by CSS Globe, which is a great resource for web developers, linking out to all kinds of great tutorials, tips, hacks, etc…
So, check out SolutionsforWP.com. Submit your WordPress solution posts and bookmark it for the next time you’re trying to figure out a way to make something happen in WordPress.
*Props to ElegantThemes.com for the site design. I didn’t have time to do a custom theme for this site, and one of my favorite sources these days for AWESOME premium themes is Elegant Themes. You get access to all his themes for only $19.95 and they are not only beautiful, but have some great options on the back end, and I have found them to be easy to customize as well.

You always come up with some interesting ideas, Randa
Great new site you’ve got, my only concern is that down the road it would be filled with just as many links, tips, tutorials that it would be once again time consuming to find things.
But as it is now, I like your personal commentary on the existing posts on SolutionsforWP.
Good luck with it. I’m too getting frustrated with all those WP bookmarks I have, so I’ll pass them on to your new site when I get a chance.
You’re right Vivien. I’ll have to do a good job of tagging and categorizing them for sure.
Thanks for the review. It really seems to be useful – I got some wordpres tricks up my sleeves will post there and lets see how they like it.
The more I interested is the way you created a new website to keep all the word press tricks for your future reference. That is really cool and it inspires me … I think your model is really recommended to all guys who are actually pulling their hair for new ideas (New niche
)
What a fantastic resource. I’ve bookmarked it and already found a couple of tips I want to try out on BackupChuck.com. Thanks Randa!
Finally! I am currently in the process of learning how to use wordpress, so far I have only worked on simple RSS feeds as i have never needed to previously have that kind of functionality.
But in my learning process I am forever looking around different sites to gather information I would like to take in, and bookmarking a dozen sites, but something like this might mean only one bookmark, so thank you very much.
Thanks for sharing this site with us. I am always looking to improve my workflow in wordpress. I have been on the lookout for a way to show my feedburner count without having to use the ugly prebuilt feedburner one.
I’m starting to consider using wordpress for my next site rather than a CMS, things just look way simpler
this is cool stuff for wordpress, thanks a lot for sharing this.
Thank you for providing this subject.
I will do the test in a blog that my son has just set up, and try to adapt to WordPress. Once you get hit, I comment on the details.
Sorry my mistakes, because I am out of my native language.
Thanks and see you soon
Thanks Randa! It’s a good resource and I have saved it to my favorites list and I’ll be sure to visit time and again. Great post!
