Be generous with links. What do you have to lose? Nothing.
“Do all the good you can, By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can, In all the places you can,
At all the times you can, To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.”
~ John Wesley
I’ve been blogging for about a year and a half, but only started blogging seriously a couple of months ago. Since then I’ve encountered some really kind and helpful people. I’ve been impressed by their generosity. I’ve also been amazed at the stinginess of what I think [hope] is a minority of the blogosphere.
I knew vaguely that there was this “nofollow” thing, but have been too swamped with the other 1.1 million things I need to get done to really figure out what it was about. So, I appreciated Dawud Miracle’s recent post on removing nofollow from comments, as it helped to clarify the issue for me. He posted a link to a plugin called “DoFollow“, which I installed this morning. Why wouldn’t you want to install this plugin? Akismet will catch the spam. I am grateful for anyone who stops by here for a visit, and even more grateful for those who encourage and challenge me with their comments.
Bring on the link love!
Thanks for your comments on my guest post David, Char, Easton, Amanda and Carolyn.
