Welcome

Welcome to the new and improved blog! What do you think? I have been having fun playing with WordPress and feeling all sophisticated having the blog system run on my own host, though I’m really just figuring this thing out as I go along. I have to say, WordPress is great- I’m really liking it more than Blogger so far. My new host is also outstanding, and I’m only paying about $13 every 6 months for hosting, which is a great deal. It also comes with a free domain name for life, and no setup fees. My old host was free, but very limited- you get what you pay for!

I found this new host through my work on the redesign of the site for the Metro Columbus Baptist Association (that’s a link to the current site). They use it and have been pleased. I have part of the redesigned site out there for viewing- what do you think? Not all of the links work yet, of course.
