Mind-Bending Visuals ...

What do you think of modern, cutting-edge, sci-fi artwork? Of how contemporary artists push the human form into almost mechanistic representations? Like this, for example: Bizzarie di Varie Figure - 1624 Braccelli, Giovanni Battista - author Yes, that...

... well, I guess I was looking at it long enough, so now I actually can see it spinning both ways very easily. Still, right is dominating since sometimes it flips back to the right uncontrollable.

Interesting. I saw her spinning right immediately, but then I scrolled page down , and up again and she was spinning left. I was scrolling back up really slow and she was spinning left until I opened up the whole image... as soon as the head was visible - she flipped right back to the clockwise spin. Pretty cool.. kinda messes with your head.

I could only see her going clockwise. I'm left-handed. I don't know if that makes a difference. Also she was a pretty good looking lady so I was a little hypnotized!

Weird, she was going anti-clockwise, then I read the text looked back and now clockwise.

In fact I can get her to go in each direction, read the text one way, concentrate only on the reflection and the other way.

That's some crazy stuff. I saw her going clockwise at first but figured out how to switch her and got to the point where I could switch her whenever I wanted. The trick is to watch her foot and the reflection of her foot.

I think the whole concept is more of a metaphor than a physiological reality.
