Thanks for your comment. I just could never get into Google Analytics. I tried it, but I found it hard to get an easy and clear picture of my stats. There's a lot of good info there though. I've tried a few of the stats providers and I think I like Pmetrics the best. You can put Pmetrics on a blogspot blog- it doesn't have to be running on your own server.

That was a good review. Now I've not been so lucky to try Pmetrics myself and I was wondering if it was worth my time to try it out. So how would you compare it with Google Analytics? Is it much better or just different? Are there any other players out there in the stat measuring world that do a better job than Pmetrics? Oh, and do you have to control the server that your blog is on to use Pmetrics?

@Charity,

Performancing is affiliated with Get Clicky. The affiliation was formed when Performancing decided to host a metrics system again. The real difference between the two is that Pmetrics has a very large, well established community behind it. Like you I have been using Pmetrics since the day it hit the streets.

@Randa,

I read at Performancing's website that they were offering a free premium account to the first 100 bloogers to write a review. Unfortunately, I already have a paid subscription. We'll see how my affiliate link does for the interim. :D

OMG I didn't even realize they were back up! I had been using pMetrics for a couple weeks when they had some problems and took it down. I gave up after a while and switched over to Clicky, which is pretty much exactly the same. In fact I believe the two companies are affiliated somehow. Anyway I've enjoyed using both systems. They're good at providing simplified stats.
