My helper

Jack has been a big help with David so far. He is great at fetching things for me, and taking David’s diapers to the trash, and reminding me to pump even! He’s very interested in the breast pump and the idea that Mommy makes milk for David, though as it turns out, just like with Jack, it’s not enough and we’re having to mostly feed him formula. I was pretty disappointed, since I really thought the cause of my problem last time was Jack’s early birth and lack of early opportunities to feed him, stress, etc…, but it turns out it’s just how God made me. Who am I to complain to my Maker if he didn’t intend for me to breastfeed my kids?
