Christmas pics

We were all together this year for Christmas and had a great time. Kids always make Christmas more fun, don’t they? Jack had more fun stacking and sitting on the presents than opening them. We did the obligatory goofy Christmas picture with the kids in antlers. I’m sure they will be so happy with us when they’re teenagers! For a couple of years we have not done the traditional turkey and dressing, but instead have a new tradition of the “all ball” Christmas meal. All food served has to be round in shape. So, we had a cheeseball (with Ritz crackers), meatballs, peas, corn fritters, rolls and ice cream balls (rolled in Oreos). Truth be told, I’m probably the one who is most interested in continuing this tradition because I think having a theme just makes it more fun, and makes it easier to decide what to have.

As a side note, I wonder why they don’t make Chocolate Cookies n’ Cream?  We had chocolate ice cream rolled in Oreos and it was stinkin’, stinkin’ good.
