Some more good stuff

I thought I’d mention a couple of things that I have found to be very useful that you might be interested in:
Have you tried del.icio.us? It’s a “social bookmarking” tool that is great for people like many of us, who have a big, unwieldy Bookmark list and need something a little more robust to keep track of all the sites we want to keep track of. My problem was that I would run across something that had a design I really liked, or a hint, or a recipe, etc. and I would remember how many zillions of things were already in my Bookmarks/Favorites list and likely not add yet another thing that I may or may not ever look at again. This tool lets me add as many things as I like and use keyword tags that I can define, and then go back and look up all the things I’ve tagged with “inspiration”, for example, when I’m stuck in a design rut. You can also easily share your links with others, and look at other people’s lists who have the same interests as you have, and save yourself the time of scouring the internet. The popular links are great too.
The other thing I’ll mention is for all those who would really be interested in who is visiting your blog/website and where they came from, where they live, how many visits, etc. It’s called StatCounter, and is free and easy to install in your blogger theme. I’m trying out Google Analytics, which is supposed to do the same thing, but I really don’t like it as well so far.
