trapped in the den by
that PESKY GATE
uh oh… the gate is down
I’ll make a break for it
crawling (galloping)
toward the kitchen
on well-calloused knees
rounding the corner now
down the long hall
one stop to look back…

take a break to look down –
10…11…12… THE TOP!
