Performancing Ads: The Ideal Ad Network

PerformancingAds PerformancingAds

Have you heard about PerformancingAds? It’s a new ad network from the people behind Performancing, whose tagline is “helping bloggers succeed”, and this ad network will do just that. I’ve been participating in the pre-launch testing of the site, and it is super easy to use, and has some great features that you’ll want to check out, including:

  • any publisher of a blog/site can use the network. You don’t have to be a well-established, high traffic site to be accepted.
  • features a free “exchange” program, whereby you can display ads for others sites in your unsold spots, and earn credits for your ad to be displayed on other sites!
  • an outstanding affiliate program
  • the ability to create and book your own ads. You can use PerformancingAds to promote affiliate offers or your own flagship content on your site.

You might accuse me of being slightly biased, as I actually did the design for the site, but I’m recommending it here because I believe it’s truly the best ad network I know of. Check it out, and let me know what you think.

I’d love to try it, but what’s the policy on running alongside other ads?
I know here’s not really the place to ask, but their site didn’t have an obvious answer and I figured you’d probably know…
Looks like a great system though, thanks for sharing.

There is no restriction on ads running alongside others with Performancing Ads- it’s completely open.

This sounds great! I’ve noticed my adspace ads are not as targeted as I’d like them to be, maybe this will work better for me! You blog is wonderful, I’d love feedback on my page!

Thanks for the useful info Randa. Anybody knows if the ad links would be tag calls from the ad server or would they be direct links?

I himself joined this ad network from Ryan Caldwel. Within 2 days time, I saw one ad space is being sold on my blog via perfomancing Ads network. This program looks really cool to me and I’m hoping that I will be able to make a lot with this ad network

It can’t hurt to use PerformancingAds just like you would the local paper but save a lot of money in the process. Since I am not paying by the word, I joined.

I’ve not tried any of these types of ads on my blog yet because it is so new. I have been hesitant to do so, not knowing how difficult and/or time consuming they can be. You make this sound very simple. I think after I do a little more work to my blog to better organize it, I will try Performancing Ads.

BTW, this is my first visit here and I read several back posts. Its a very nice site.

I just placed the Performancing code on my blog a few days ago and am eagerly awaiting any results. So far I haven’t had any luck getting advertisers.

  28. Danza Oriental

Hi Randa, was the title of this post attracted me to read your blog, searching for a design that really attract the dancers communities to my website. I’m not a blogger or webmaster, but I will like to encourage you to right about How to choose a good designer, for people as me. I’ve paid many different webmasters to conform my actual website for oriental dance, but I’m not happy with what I see. Now, when I read about design in your blog, I can see as a dancer, how ignorant I am in this field, and also I can see that not only a beautiful design is that matters. So is difficult to choose a designer, because how is possible for the people as me, (as a client), to know if the designer will make just a beautiful design or a design that really attracts people as you wrote here? This post was very useful for me to considere more points to evaluate a web designer to contract. Will be grate if you post with your clear a nice way to define things, how to choose a good designer that works not just to make beautiful things, also to design for good performance on Internet. I’m reading you from Madrid. Thank you!

Design of their site looks great ;)

Nifty concept too, buying ad space directly on sites you want. Seeing the prices up front too is very helpful.

Look forward to seeing feedback about them as the months go by.

    Thanks for the post!

  30. Dollar Demon

This is the first I have heard of them but Im off to check them out now. I get a lot of new webmasters telling me they get rejected from big companies or their account closed due to low traffic so this could be the company I need to be sending them to. Thanks for information!

  31. Geoserv

I signed up and placed the ads on my site about 1 week ago, no money yet but hopefully soon.

Performancing ads sounds interesting, but I just learned that Google is coming out with a new free tool that is going to put it ahead of all other ad networks.

Why? Because it enables you to select sites to advertise on based on demographics, psychographics, and buying behavior. As an expert in target marketing and market segmentation, I think this will be a great asset to Internet marketers and Web site publishers.

I wrote a post about it with links to other articles about Google Ad Planner. I’ve linked to that post above.

Really nice info….Worth to try for our succeed…!

  35. Iva

I have setup it for my blogs and account. What are the best rates/week to be accepted… for a blog of PR3 and moderate traffic on money making and shopping related niches? None of my ads sold yet for $10/week :(

  36. Randa

Take a look at some other sites in the network and see what they’re priced at. That should guide you when setting your price.

  37. Erik Gaver

I really like competition to google. But how is this different from google adsense/adwords or services like adbrite?

  38. Rafael Reinehr

I’ll try that! I must find a way to pay my server and the milk for my kids…

  39. MOin

i am quite new to blogging and using adsense, i just signed up with performancing ads a couple of days ago. the packages seems so good and 3 of my friends got their thumb space booked at the very first 14 days. i hope you and me and everyone get nice result out of this ad network.

  40. Greg

This sounds like a really interesting option. I have a new website: http://www.AcaiBerryJuicing.com that I promote via PPC, SEO, and I’m starting some PPV, but I like the idea of being able to just target blog sites. Anytime I can be more targeted in my marketing the better.

  41. TeasasTips

I signed up for Performancing Ads, does it work on wordpress? I have a wordpress blog that needs some life…
