Reminder: just one week left to get your posts up for the Ad Lib group writing project! At this point entries are little light, so you have a good chance of winning your choice of a $20 gift certificate to Amazon.com or iTunes. Char and I are both giving one of these away, so there are two prizes up for grabs.
We’re looking forward to reading your entries! …now I just need to find time to write my own. ![]()

I guess its just hard to write a post based on a single statement /slogan. And most of those slogans only have 3-4 words.

Welcome to Texas.
I’ve been a reader (but a silent one) for a while now. Where exactly in Texas are you landing?

I’m new to our blog but the stuff you are doing here is great. Encouraging people to write is fantastic! And with prizes! Thanks for doing this blog. I’ll be back reading again.

I found this post (and your blog in general) too late. I hope there will be another chance in the near future. Anyhow, I find the proposed slogans to be really great for post topics.

I’m always looking for new and fun ways to hone my writing skills. It’s kind of a bummer I missed the AdLib contest, it looks like a good one. Anymore similiar writing contests coming up in the near futures?

I have recently moved back to my hometown and the business owners are very open to websites and internet. It is a very rural area and it has so far been great to meet with the owners and talk about their plans. I would suggest to offer a low cost beginner package in an area like this as this seems to be what the majority want. great post
